After gaining a MSc by Research in purinergic signalling from UEA in 2017, Jonny stayed in Norwich and became a research scientist at Quadram Institute Bioscience. He is currently investigating the mechanism of epithelial cell-shedding in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).
Aside from that, Jonny is also a Norwich City fan, and treats this particular condition by (responsibly) consuming pints of ale and gorging on Manchester-based indie music.
